Fisherman catch corpses in the Yangtze river; the Yangtze River is polluted by garbage; the suicide bodies flow down the river; fishermen catch the corpses. Tomoko Kikuchi will explore the meaning of life and death in Chinese society through relationship between the increase of pollution, increase in suicide rates, and fishermen abandoning their trade to collect garbage and corpses in the river.
