My project examines Nigeria’s biggest economic and infrastructure challenge: access to electricity. Unpredictable and incessant power cuts, poor electricity distribution, and little regard for environmental impact have led to large-scale health and security issues. Using Lagos, Nigeria’s largest city, as a case-study, I aim to show the current state of the issue while advocating for the creation of more off-grid, renewable power systems.

Jeremiah focuses his work on the urban metropolis, modernity, gentrification, identity, politics, and activism.
