Carlo Gabuco's work on the Philippines "Drug-War" I'm Carlo Gabuco, I am a visual artist covering the "Drug-War" in the Philippines since its early days back in July of 2016. Currently im working on a long-term project under the @magnumfoundation grant on the effects of this war on the families especially the children affected by these killings. I will be taking over this account for the next week. - 29.12.2016 Mandaluyong City: Cecil 18, carrying the photo of her mother Liwayway Yabut on a funeral procession going to the cemetery in Mandaluyong City. Liwayway was shot in the back of the head by unknown gunmen wearing masks while having dinner in-front of a convenient store in Mandaluyong.
