Emergency Fund Grantee, Evgenia Arbugaeva participated in the Magnum Foundation/Duke University’s Center for International Studies residency program. Arbugaeva lectured, gave portfolio reviews to students, and exhibited her Tiksi project at the Center for Documentary Studies.
